Mr. Tapia is a licensed Polygraph Examiner and Loss Prevention Specialist. He has been conducting polygraph examinations since 1985 and has worked in the East Coast, Mexico, South and Central America, Texas and New Mexico. Mr. Tapia is a graduate of the New Mexico State Police Academy and University of Albuquerque, earning a Bachlor of Science Degree in Criminology. Mr. Tapia Graduated from the Las Vegas School of Polygraph Technology in Las Vegas Nevada in 1985. Mr. Tapia attended John Jay College in New York City where he completed the Professional Security Management course and Attended and completed John Reid & Associates, Advanced Interview and Interrogation training. Mr. Tapia is a Certified Protection Professional and Certified Polygraph Examiner.

The computer polygraph (Lie Detector)is a scientific instrument that simultaneously records changes in several physiological functions of the body while the subject is asked questions pertaining to a specific issue under investigation. This changes are measured with sensing devices which are comfotably attached to the individual.Charts are generated during the examination and are interpreted by the polygraph examiner.
